All purchases made through NoamHope are final and non-refundable. This includes initial consultations, functional nutrition coaching sessions, wellness packages, educational programs, digital products, and other services.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and that no refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed appointments, unused services, or changes in personal circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
We encourage clients to carefully review service descriptions, pricing, and package details before making a purchase.
Important: If you purchase a wellness package after completing an initial consultation, the initial consultation fee will be credited toward the package price, subject to the applicable package terms.
